Mike Hibberd is editorial director of Mobile Communications International. He has covered the cellular industry as a journalist since 1996, becoming editor of MCI, the cellular industry's leading international magazine. During his time at Informa Telecoms & Media, Mike has chaired conferences, participated in various debates at industry events and provided comment for mainstream media. Prior to joining Informa Telecoms & Media, Mike worked for the British Defence Staff at the British Embassy in Washington DC. In 2004 Mike was asked to join the Ofcom Spectrum Advisory Board, an independent body established in May 2004 to provide advice to UK regulator Ofcom on strategic spectrum management issues.
