The conference papers will be delivered to you approximately 10 days after your payment has been received. If you are not 100% satisfied with the papers you receive call our customer services team on +44 (0) 207 0175502 and we will arrange for a full refund or substitute. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the advertised speakers.
